Description
Loving ones artform is one of the hardest things that I have seen artists struggle with, and I wish it wasn’t, because I tend to love everyone and their work regardless of what medium they use, and make sure they know it! 
There is a HUGE difference between critiquing your own work, regardless of what it is, and hating it, I should add, because critiquing your work is a simple way to better yourself. I critique myself all the time! It’s good to do so because it means you see things you want to/need to improve on, and having a healthy drive to improve is wonderful.
But I don’t hate my art even so, and I am writing this to you all today for one reason and one reason only:
Please stop hating your work.
Your artwork, regardless of medium, is your creation. Your baby. Liking your work does not mean you will stop improving, or stop growing, or make your instantly arrogant. It just means you love what you do.
And that is okay because heavens knows the world needs a lot more love in it, doncha think?
Your artform being imperfect isn’t a bad thing unless you make it as such.
It simply means you are human.
